The Homes Builders Association of Lexington named Azalea Properties a winner in this year's Grand Tour of Homes 2010. Azalea won the following awards in their $269,000-$300,000 category:

• First in Exterior & Interior Features
• Second in Owner's Suite
• Third in Floor Plan

The Grand Tour features 46 new homes in Central Kentucky and awards were given out in five categories based on price.

At the 2009 Lexington Home Builders Sales & Marketing Council Award show, Azalea Properties, LLC took home an award for Best Website by a Builder!
